It’s May already! This year is whizzing past!
April saw us go on another adventure with our Masters of Dirt family where we conquered Eastern Europe. We spent a week visiting Croatia, Slovenia and Serbia - all countries we’d never visited before.
We had the best time and it was great to bring the show to this part of the world.
People ask how we get hyped up for such massive shows. Well, the answer is a bottle of vodka and belting out classic tunes by the likes of Slipknot, Korn, Aerosmith and Missy Elliot in our dressing room.
Ten hour long coach journeys (when horribly hungover) are definitely not the one though.
We were greeted by this massive fuck off poster on the side of the Kombank Arena in Serbia!!
The whole trip was a fantastic experience and we were made to feel so welcome. Thank you so much for the warm reception and for coming to check out the shows; we’ll definitely be back soon.
April also saw us hit Switzerland (our second home) again for the Swatch Rocket Air show which took place in a small, sleepy picturesque place called Thun. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Then we turned up.
The show was awesome and we ended up in the paper!
The after party at Bierkönig was ridiculous. Thanks to the staff there for their kind hospitality and for not saying no to all our requests for booze.
The following day saw us drive for three hours to Monthey. We drove through winding roads in the mountains that were covered in snow and made for a beautiful journey.
Our show that night was at Duplex Club and was loads of fun. Thanks again to the promoters for looking after us so well, taking us out for a lovely meal and putting us up in a gorgeous hotel. Can’t wait to head back there!
We headed south to Yeovil in Somerset the other night to perform at Club Neo who held a wild west party to see in the Bank Holiday weekend which was loads of fun! Thanks for partying hard!
The rest of this month is going to be just as hectic. We’re going to be back on tour with Masters of Dirt, as well as heading out to Cannes for two weeks to perform at Torch, a pop up VIP venue which is going to be hosting celebrity parties every night. We’re staying in a pimp villa that not only has a pool, but underwater speakers (WHAT?!) too. Can’t wait!
